Talking Pro Bono IP on the USPTO’s Inventor Hour Program

Professors Phillips and Grossman appeared on lucky Episode 13 of the USPTO’s Inventor Hour to talk about the IP Clinic, its patent work and pro bono IP with PTAB Judge (and ’04 IP clinic alum) Chris Paulraj. Inventor Hour is a great new outreach initiative of the USPTO  geared toward educating independent inventors about the agency, the PTAB and patent issues.

About WCL Clinic Blog

We are a live-client law firm within American University, Washington College of Law. Each year, 230 students participate in our program, helping real clients (low income and under-represented people and organizations in the D.C. area) with a wide array of real legal problems. Students work under the supervision of 9 tenured and 2 tenure-track faculty members, 2 long-term contract Professors of the Practice of Law, and 10 practitioners-in-residence. We'd like to share the diverse experiences of our students, faculty, and staff as we teach and learn together.
